DisappointingSo about a month ago we received our first package …and it was a mess and incomplete …. I was emailing and asking for assistance but I had not got a response back, there is also no number you can phone to reach them …. until I wrote a bad review on there page !!! After that’s they mailed me back and offered to make things right…. Asking and begging me to take off the review , so I did because they were going to make a bad situation better!!!!! It’s been almost 3 weeks passed again and yet NO RESPONSE!!!!!!! I don’t recommend this service at all !!!!! We have a lot of people working abroad and buying South African products….this is a NO GO 🙅‍♀️
